Associate Attorney - General Practice Location: New Jersey An established law firm is seeking a hard-working, energetic, and motivated Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of legal experience, preferably in family law, estate planning, probate and estate administration, real estate, and civil litigation. The successful candidate should have strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and writing skills, and outstanding communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Assist with legal matters involving family law, estate planning, probate, real estate, and civil litigation.Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.Assist with case preparation, document review, and client communications.Support case management and work collaboratively with colleagues to address client needs.Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail across assigned matters. Qualifications 2+ years of legal experience preferred.Experience in one or more of the relevant practice areas is highly desirable.Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.Excellent academic credentials and attention to detail.A proactive, hardworking attitude and a genuine interest in professional development.Admission to the New Jersey Bar preferred.
