About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated attorneys. Experience in litigation, business, real estate, or estate planning is preferred but not required. The ideal candidates are ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one, with the support of a collegial team and access to top-tier mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation, transactional, or other advisory matters
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and contracts, and engage in discovery
• Appear in state and federal court (if litigation-focused)
• Work closely with clients across industries, from individuals to large institutions
• Contribute to the firm’s collaborative, forward-thinking culture

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Montana or eligible for admission
• Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills
