Price Benowitz, LLP is seeking an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join our growing practice based in Annapolis, Maryland, serving clients throughout the surrounding Maryland jurisdictions.
- Manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.
- Handle cases including divorce, custody, child support, property division, protective orders, and other domestic matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials in courts across Maryland jurisdictions served by the Annapolis office.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide strategic guidance and case updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver exceptional client service.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active Maryland Bar license in good standing (required).
3–5+ years of family law experience preferred.
Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills.
Excellent legal writing, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
