FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY

About the role

You’ll guide clients through major life transitions with strategy and compassion: listening deeply, explaining options clearly, advocating skillfully in negotiation, mediation, and court, and connecting clients to coaches, counselors, and financial planners when their needs extend beyond legal matters. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, distributed team—leading when necessary and relying on support when it helps.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Colorado Family Law matters, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation
• Provide clear, empathetic legal guidance tailored to clients’ personal and long-term goals
• Collaborate with a network of coaches, counselors, and financial planners to support clients holistically
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and care
• Work effectively in a remote, tech-forward environment while maintaining strong team collaboration

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience practicing Colorado Family Law
• Active license in good standing with the Colorado Bar
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity
• Solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working beyond traditional legal frameworks
• Tech-proficient and collaborative, even in a remote setting

Pay

$125,000–$150,000 yearly salary, plus discretionary production bonuses
