About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience representing clients in family law matters including but not limited to prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support. A strong background in handling sensitive cases such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Navigate complex legal issues related to family law
• Attend court hearings for various family law matters
• Represent clients in negotiations and arguments
• Provide emotional support to clients during challenging times

Requirements

• Experience in family law
• Ability to handle sensitive cases
• Strong negotiation and argumentation skills
• Composure under pressure

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in good standing

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly base plus bonus
