Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent client communication and develop strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Positively represent our firm and brand in court, in the community, and online.
- Manage a caseload from start to finish.
- Cover potential client interviews and develop a tailored strategy for each case.
- Prepare cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.
- Handle discovery and manage document review and case preparation.
- Review pleadings, motions, and orders, and conduct legal research as needed.
- Participate in regular trauma-informed care training.
- Become a trained mediator and complete collaborative family law training.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of family law practice.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Missouri.
- Passion for providing trauma-informed care.
