About the role
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to handle sophisticated family law matters including divorce, property division, child custody, support disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, modifications, enforcement actions, appeals, mediation, and other complex domestic relations matters. Our team combines compassionate client service with strategic legal advocacy, creating solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Our clients include business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, and high-net-worth families throughout Texas and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Handle divorce, custody, child support, and property division matters
- Represent clients in courtroom proceedings, mediation, and negotiations
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal advocacy
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license or similar
- 5+ years of Family Law Attorney experience
- Strong courtroom, mediation, negotiation, and client management skills
