About the role

We are a growing family law firm based in the greater Charlotte area. We are currently seeking a talented Family Lawyer / Divorce Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in family law matters
• Prepare and file legal documents
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing parties
• Advise clients on legal options and outcomes
• Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff
• Participate in marketing efforts to grow the practice
• Attend continuing legal education courses and professional development activities

Requirements

• License to practice law in NC
• JD from an accredited law school
• Professional family law experience
• Ability to work onsite in our Concord office on a hybrid remote basis
