Job Details

• Independently manage and advance family law cases from start to finish
• Take ownership of assigned files and "run with them" while maintaining high-quality work product
• Collaborate with the firm owner on case strategy and key decisions as needed
• Provide exceptional client representation in all aspects of family law matters
• Handle full lifecycle of cases with minimal hand-holding

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience practicing family law
• Ability to independently manage cases and drive them forward
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Admission to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to waive in)
• Proven track record of handling family law matters effectively
