We are a family law firm servicing clients throughout Texas. We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team in Austin. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to handle complex and challenging cases in divorce, child custody, child support, and more. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for family law, who is ready to make a significant impact on our clients' lives. Responsibilities

• Providing expert legal advice in the areas of child custody, child support, divorce, spousal support, adoption, and other family law matters
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents related to family law cases
• Conducting thorough case investigations to uncover evidence and prepare for trial
• Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop strategies for complex cases
• Staying updated on the latest changes in family law and advising clients accordingly
• Building relationships with clients and providing them with compassionate and effective legal representation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family law
• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in using legal software and technology

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 per year
