We are actively seeking a dynamic, experienced and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our reputable team.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, post-marital agreements, alimony, and more.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
- Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and more.
- Cover thorough case analysis and develop effective, innovative strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, court decisions, and other developments that may impact our clients' cases.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing compassionate, personalized service, and ensuring their needs and interests are at the forefront of all decisions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the highest level of client service and case management.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in family law, with a particular emphasis on post-marital agreements and child custody disputes.
- Proven litigation experience with strong courtroom demeanor.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- Ability to handle high caseloads and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficient in legal research software and MS Office Suite.
