Family Law Attorney

Requirements

• New Hampshire Bar admission required; admission in MA, ME, or VT is a plus
• 5–10 years of family law experience (divorce, child custody and support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, etc.)
• Represent clients in family court proceedings, including divorce and child custody disputes
• Provide clients with legal advice regarding their rights and options in family law matters
• Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and court motions related to family law cases
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
