Certus Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established and growing family law practice in the Greater Austin area to recruit an experienced Family Law Attorney. This is an opportunity to join a close‑knit practice that combines high‑quality legal work with a genuinely compassionate approach to supporting individuals and families through complex and often difficult situations. The firm offers attorneys the autonomy to manage meaningful cases, backed by an experienced and collaborative team, together with the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

You’ll manage a varied family law caseload, advocating for clients both in and outside the courtroom and providing clear, practical advice throughout often highly sensitive matters.

Requirements

• Active Texas State Bar license
• Minimum 1 year of family law experience
• Experience representing clients in family law matters and courtroom proceedings
• Strong legal writing, communication and client‑management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and potentially high‑conflict matters with professionalism and sound judgment
• High standards of integrity and work product
• Collaborative approach and desire to be part of a close‑knit team
• Central Texas family law experience would be advantageous
• Strong legal and advocacy skills, excellent judgment, empathy, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service

Pay

$140,000–$180,000 base salary with additional bonus opportunity.
