Cage & Miles is a leading family law firm in Southern California known for its commitment to providing top-tier legal services and advocating for its clients' rights. This position involves supporting Partner Avi Levy in managing and collaborating on cases.

Responsibilities

• Carefully craft important court filings and supporting documents, including family law pleadings, initial filings, requests for orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
• Expertly research statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other necessary information for cases.
• Follow up diligently on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Vigorously represent clients and their interests in court.

Requirements

• Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• At least 7+ years of experience as a family law attorney.
• Litigation experience in and around LA County.
• California State Bar License, required.
• Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred but not required.

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000 per year, though the final compensation will depend on experience.
