About You

• Experienced with a proven track record as a Family Law Attorney
• Detail-oriented, having an eye for detail and ensuring accuracy in legal documents and filings
• Fast-paced with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Organized, possessing exceptional organizational abilities in your approach to legal proceedings and documentation

About The Job

• Provide support to one of our Certified Family Law Specialists
• Carefully craft important court filings and supporting documents, including pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders
• Expertly research statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other information needed for our cases
• Vigorously represent our clients and their interests

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a family law attorney
• A Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• CA State Bar License, required

Pay

The anticipated base salary range for this role is: $115,000 - $165,000, but ultimately will depend on experience.
