About the role

Play a vital role in supporting families through Child Care Services by ensuring accurate eligibility, clear communication, and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through eligibility requirements, documentation, and program processes
  • Address questions, resolve concerns, and connect families to valuable early childhood and community resources
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews by verifying records and performing precise financial calculations to ensure compliance and accuracy in both initial and ongoing eligibility determinations

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience: 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in public relations with students, families, and community members in underserved communities
  • Experience: 1-3 years Minimum of (1) year of teaching experience in PK-12th grade or experience with adult learning
  • Experience: 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years of successful coordination and implementation of a program across multiple locations/buildings/campuses
  • Experience: 1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in student mental health field as a counselor or social worker
