The Family Donation Coordinator (FDC) position at Mid-South Transplant Foundation (MSTF) involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to support families of potential donors. Key responsibilities include evaluating and facilitating understanding of brain death and/or donation after circulatory death (DCD), providing emotional support to families, and assisting with projects to enhance donation processes.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years work experience in related fields such as hospice, registered respiratory therapy, funeral services, or law enforcement
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products

Pay
$62,000 - $76,000 yearly salary, based on experience and education.
Schedule
Full-time position, 15-16 days per month (including some weekends and holidays), shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p with a rotation to 7p-7a). MSTF provides a laptop and mobile phone; you provide your own vehicle to drive within the donor service area (3-hour radius of Memphis, TN).
