About the role
The Family-Centered Coach plays a vital role in supporting families to achieve their goals related to education, employment, and stability. They work collaboratively within the Family Success Network to provide holistic coaching, focusing on strengths and family-driven priorities.
Responsibilities
- Guiding families through goal setting
- Connecting them with community resources
- Supporting education and employment efforts
- Conducting intake assessments
- Developing long-term action plans
- Maintaining ongoing contact with up to 40 families
- Monitoring progress using data systems like Salesforce
- Contributing to organization-wide family engagement activities
Qualifications
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human or Social Services, Education, or related fields, with at least two years of experience working with families and children. Travel within the region is limited, and candidates should be passionate about family support and community service.
