About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Family Building Consultant to join our dynamic team. This global, remote Inside Sales position will optimize our value proposition, driving customer satisfaction and devotion throughout the family journey. The role reports directly to our Inside Sales Manager and will be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team. Responsibilities
- Educates families on their frozen donor egg plan options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Demonstrates expertise in DEB USA frozen donor egg plan selection process and adapts recommendations quickly to align with client needs.
- Partners with patients throughout their journey from initiation to transition to contract and financing, and recurring additions to their family.
- Delivers superior client service on all inbound and outbound calls, emails, and/or chat sessions while maintaining client privacy.
- Enrolls clients in CRM and conducts follow-up calls to enable match.
- Achieves sales and operational goals in a proactive, disciplined approach; calls on and executes lead conversion for targeted customers including subscription installed base; diligently follows up with ability to qualify inbound leads as part of the lead management process.
- Meets and exceeds projected sales goals with extreme ownership based on quota and pay-for-performance variable compensation package.
- Combines business acumen with an effective sales process to engage customers and increase sales volumes.
- Educates prospects and customers, identifying, developing, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities.
- Utilizes up-selling, cross-selling, and add-on sales techniques per customer experience.
- Executes responsibilities with integrity and compliance to all policies and procedures, including CooperSurgical guiding principles and code of conduct.
- Leverages knowledge of industry and product portfolio to meet customer needs.
- Cultivates internal and external relationships that create sustained value.
- Retains technical proficiency and stays current on all training, product, and promotions; efficient in CRM and Microsoft Office tools and advances through training and utilization.
- Manages emotional or complex customer situations promptly and professionally while meeting commitments for service, sales, and assistance.
- Demonstrates ability to accurately assess and resolve individual situations and draw on prior knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills; determines customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.
Skills
- Excellent selling, influence, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Healthcare, especially Fertility, experience preferred.
- Bilingual, especially French, strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong focus on providing customers with superior customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying a high level of initiative and commitment.
- Agile and adapts quickly to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to identify critical activities and tasks and adjust priorities to meet goals and objectives.

Pay
The starting base pay for this role is between $51,116 and $68,221, depending on various factors and subject to change. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
