Family Based Mental Health Worker

A dynamic opportunity for a Family Based Mental Health Worker to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for providing therapeutic support to families in crisis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess family dynamics and provide immediate intervention as needed.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
• Engage with families to facilitate positive change and improve overall well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or social work.
• Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Professional preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

Pay
