Family-based Intensive Treatment Family Partner
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove application instructions (like "To be considered, all applicants must have experience..."? Actually that line is part of requirement; it's not boilerplate. It's a requirement: "To be considered, all applicants must have experience as a caregiver/parent of a child or youth with special needs and preferably with significant mental health needs". That is a requirement, keep.
We need to parse the posting.
Let's extract sections:
- About the role? There's a paragraph: "When you join The Home for Little Wanderers, you join a team of professionals dedicated to creating better, brighter futures for kids. For over 200 years, The Home for Little Wanderers has helped build stable lives and hopeful tomorrows for vulnerable children and their families. Our 25+ community-based and residential programs serve thousands of at-risk youths from birth to age 26. Many of these children have experienced abuse, neglect, trauma, or a disrupted family life. As the oldest child welfare agency in America, we provide them with safe surroundings, permanent loving relationships, and a secure path toward a better, brighter future. To learn more about the incredible impact our employees have on the lives of children and families, click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXedSArtYbg"
That's about the organization, could be "About the role" or "About the organization". We'll treat as "About the role" maybe.
- About The Program: heading "About The Program". Content: description of CSAs, FIT service, etc.
- How You Will Be Making a Difference: heading "How You Will Be Making a Difference". Content: duties/responsibilities list.
- Driving Requirements: heading "Driving Requirements". Content: bullet points.
- Experience / Qualifications: heading "Experience / Qualifications". Content: list of qualifications.
- Valuing Diversity: heading "Valuing Diversity". Content: paragraph about DEI.
- What The Home Can Offer You: heading "What The Home Can Offer You". Content: benefits list.
- Pay Range Positioning Summary: heading "Pay Range Positioning Summary". Content: description of pay range. This is pay info, we can put under "Pay". The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state pay range summary but not actual numbers. It says "The pay range listed represents the company’s good faith estimate..." but no actual numbers given. It says "Pay Range Positioning Summary". It does not give actual numbers. According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here they have a Pay Range Positioning Summary but no actual numbers; it's basically a description that pay range is listed but not given. This might be considered filler? The rule says do not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It states a summary but not actual numbers; still it's about pay. I'd argue it's still pay info, albeit generic. But they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting does state a Pay Range Positioning Summary, which is about pay. So we can include a Pay section with that summary. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". The summary is not filler; it's a description of how pay is determined. I'd include.
- Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's no schedule info. So omit Schedule.
- Benefits: we have "What The Home Can Offer You" includes benefits. So we can make a Benefits section.
- Skills: maybe we can extract skills from qualifications: computer literate, excellent written and communication skills, fluency in second language plus, knowledge of trauma-informed care, etc. Could make a Skills section.
- Responsibilities: we have "How You Will Be Making a Difference" which is responsibilities. Also there are specific duties list.
- Requirements: maybe combine experience/qualifications and driving requirements? Could have Requirements section.
We need to decide sections to avoid too many thin ones. Prefer few substantive sections.
We could have:
- About the role (organization overview)
- About the Program (program description)
- Responsibilities (How You Will Be Making a Difference)
- Requirements (Experience/Qualifications + Driving Requirements)
- Benefits (What The Home Can Offer You)
- Pay (Pay Range Positioning Summary)
We could also include Skills as part of Requirements.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must use for section headings.
Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include all details: the YouTube link, the program description, responsibilities list (many bullet points), driving requirements, experience/qualifications list (including bullet points), valuing diversity paragraph, benefits list, pay summary.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. There's a line "To be considered, all applicants must have experience as a caregiver/parent..." that's a requirement, keep.
We must not include the YouTube link as maybe it's okay; it's a link. We'll keep as part of prose.
Now craft HTML.

We could combine Driving Requirements into Requirements, but we have a separate heading; maybe better to keep as part of Requirements. However we already have a Requirements section with list; we could add driving requirements as another list under same heading. But the instruction: Use for section headings. It's okay to have multiple headings. We could keep Driving Requirements as a subsection under Requirements but still a heading. However we want few sections; maybe merge.
Let's merge Driving Requirements into Requirements as a sub-list under same heading, but still need to preserve all info. We'll add a Requirements
and then a paragraph about caregiver experience, then a that includes all bullet points including driving ones. But we need to differentiate? Not required.
We'll create a single Requirements section with all bullet points: personal experience, preferably knowledgeable, fluency, computer literate, excellent written/communication, experience with CBHI preferred, knowledge trauma-informed preferred, bachelor's degree..., associates degree..., high school diploma..., driving requirements.
We'll keep the paragraph about
