Job Summary

Under supervision of a program administrator, implement the family partnership program including family goal setting, social services support and parent engagement that meets the Performance Standards of Head Start and state regulations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• SCOE Classified Application
• Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish/Farsi/Dari/Arabic

Education and Experience

• Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school.
• One year experience in child development, social services or related programs such as community-based social services organization or pre-school programs.

Licenses and Other Requirements

• Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
• Traveling to various locations to conduct work.

Benefits

• A Benefit Entitlement for health, dental and vision coverage is available for positions that are at least 4 hours per day. The amount of the entitlement is based on the number of hours worked per day.
