Job Summary
Under supervision of a program administrator, implement the family partnership program including family goal setting, social services support and parent engagement that meets the Performance Standards of Head Start and state regulations.
Requirements / Qualifications
- SCOE Classified Application
- Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish/Farsi/Dari/Arabic
Education and Experience
- Any combination equivalent to: Graduation from high school.
- One year experience in child development, social services or related programs such as community-based social services organization or pre-school programs.
Licenses and Other Requirements
- Employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling or a related field.
- Traveling to various locations to conduct work.
