Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (LCSW or LMFT)

Imagine being the installation’s trusted expert, the person commanders rely on when families are in crisis, when risk must be assessed quickly, and when the community needs a coordinated, clinically sound response to maltreatment. As the Family Advocacy Treatment Manager, you shape how the installation prevents, identifies, and treats child and partner maltreatment. Your work directly influences family well-being, mission readiness, and the safety of those who serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional clinical social work or marriage and family therapy services in support of the Family Advocacy Program.
• Design, develop, maintain, implement, and evaluate clinical services for Mountain Home AFB Family Advocacy Program.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing consultation to leadership and medical professionals.
• Perform case management, risk and clinical assessments, and crisis intervention.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must meet all applicable credentialing requirements IAW local military treatment facility guidelines and be fully qualified to perform within the scope of their practice.
• Must maintain active clinical privileges for the duration of employment.
• Must sustain current competency to practice at the independent level.
• Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S Virgin Islands.
• Possess a current, unrestricted license to practice marriage and family therapy independently in any one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S Virgin Islands.

Qualifications

• At a minimum, qualification requirements stipulated by the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for the 0185 occupational series must be met for Social Workers.
• At a minimum, qualification requirements stipulated by the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) for the 0101 occupational series must be met for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.

Pay

Salary Range is $82,764 – $107,590 based on experience.
