About the role

The AEG Internship Program provides a real‑world experience for college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. This internship is placed in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Department, where interns help create a safe, inclusive workplace that fosters belonging for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Support DEI programs and Employee Network Group (ENG) initiatives that enhance an inclusive employee experience.
• Maintain and audit DEI and ENG resources, including intranet pages, SharePoint sites, and communication channels.
• Research, propose, and support employee engagement campaigns, such as volunteer hour tracking and recognition programs for ENGs.
• Help develop and execute internal communications, content calendars, and awareness campaigns for cultural observances and DEI initiatives.
• Complete administrative tasks and collect data from ENG events.
• Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming.
• Source, vet, and curate content on diverse subjects requested by various AEG departments.

Qualifications

• Passion for sports and live entertainment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

Pay

Hourly rate: $19.00–$21.00. The internship requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week during the fall semester. Location: Los Angeles (on‑site). This position is not eligible for a bonus.
