Fall 2026 - IT Internship

JM Test Systems is looking for a motivated and curious Tech Intern to join our technology team for a hands-on internship experience across software development, cloud infrastructure, and AI implementation. In this role, you will contribute to real projects that directly impact business operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• MERN Stack Development:
  • Build and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
  • Support both front-end and back-end development efforts on active projects
  • Participate in code reviews and follow modern software development best practices
• Azure Cloud Migration:
  • Support migration efforts involving systems and services moving to Microsoft Azure
  • Assist with cloud configuration, testing, and technical documentation
  • Help identify opportunities to improve cloud performance and operational efficiency
• AI Implementation:
  • Research and explore AI tools and business applications across multiple departments
  • Assist with implementing AI-driven workflows and productivity solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas where AI solutions can improve operations
• General Technology Support:
  • Support ongoing technology projects across multiple functional areas
  • Assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve internal systems and workflows

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
• Juniors or Seniors preferred, though strong Sophomore candidates will be considered
• Hands-on experience or coursework involving MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or general cloud technologies (preferred)
• Interest in AI tools, large language models, and AI integration
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
