Our Intern program is a paid opportunity that allows participants to contribute to the organization’s success while applying learnings from the classroom. This semester we will continue with a hybrid program, offering each participant the opportunity to gain in-office experience for approximately 3 days a week. Interns are responsible for their individual transportation and housing needs.

Schedule

  • Fall Program: Monday, September 14th, 2026 through Thursday, December 10th, 2026
  • Office Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday (or as agreed upon with advisor)
  • Interns must work 24–29.9 hours per week and be available to report to the Chicago office approximately 3 days a week
  • Days in office must be coordinated with Advisor’s schedules

Requirements

  • Available to work under 30 hours per week
  • Senior standing in college (must have completed junior year of undergrad), enrolled in graduate school, or hold a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree

Interview Process

  • Applications close on August 14th, 2026
  • Offers expected to be extended mid to late August
  • Program begins on September 14th, 2026

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in statistical/quantitative analysis, business analytics, information systems, business, finance, economics, sports management, or a related field (recent graduates may also be considered)
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for utilizing data to drive business decisions and financial evaluations
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Familiarity with database structures and querying syntax (e.g., SQL); working knowledge of Python, R, and GenAI a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or interest in database management and data organization
  • Passion for sports and a basic understanding of the sports industry and sponsorship landscape is preferred
  • Prior experience or coursework in sports analytics, sponsorship valuation, or related fields is a plus

Pay

$17.05 per hour
