Fall 2026 Geotechnical Engineering Intern

About the role

We are seeking a geotechnical/ geological engineering intern to join our consulting group based in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Data reduction including stereographic, statistical, and geospatial analyses
• Technical reporting and documentation of field work and analysis work
• Laboratory testing, performing and assisting with soil and rock strength testing
• Local Field Work (if applicable): site characterization, geologic/geotechnical mapping, geomechanical core logging

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in geology, geological engineering, geotechnical engineering or mining engineering
• 0-5 years’ experience

Requirements

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S

Benefits

Part time not to exceed 30 hours per week, normal business hours.
