Responsibilities
- Support volunteer and community engagement efforts, including outreach, appreciation initiatives, and ongoing communication.
- Aid in developing and proposing ideas for community-driven campaigns and social content that build awareness and strengthen connections.
- Engage our network of community-based organizations (CBOs) by supporting outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Create and refine surveys with intentional, impact-focused questions to gather feedback from our meal distribution partners.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics (e.g., CTA, CTR, RR, open rates) to inform strategy and improve engagement outcomes.
- Participate in regular team check-ins, contribute insights, and assist with the planning and implementation of engagement strategies.

- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or another language is a plus!)
- Interpersonal and customer service skills (a plus!)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (a plus!)
- Great for someone currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, public service, nonprofit management, public health, or a related field.
