About the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you're the behind-the-scenes hero making sure every guest’s stay is spotless and unforgettable. You’ll lead a hardworking team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and step up when the Housekeeping Manager is away. From fresh linens to flawless rooms, you set the standard for clean, comfortable, and welcoming—and inspire your team to do the same.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive attitude to keep the team motivated.
• Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files.
• Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment, ensuring everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
