About the role
As a FAE Director on our Sales Marketing & Distribution team, you'll develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that empower our business to thrive in semiconductor technical sales and automotive sectors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the OEM Digital FAE team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture and equitable opportunities.
- Elevate technical competence and strengthen customer engagement with OEMs’ key technical contacts.
- Advance regional technical ladder competencies, ensuring clear, fair growth pathways for all team members.
- Design and implement team upskilling programs and continuous learning initiatives.
- Build and sustain strong engineering management networks across OEMs and partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor technical sales or automotive, with a track record of inclusive, collaborative work.
- Solid knowledge of automotive embedded systems and control fundamentals.
- Proven, inclusive leadership managing mid-size teams (5–10 people), supporting growth and equity.
- Established, trusted OEM customer network and ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Willingness to travel 15–20%, engaging with diverse stakeholders across regions.
Pay
Indicative salary range for a qualified candidate in Livonia, United States: US$ 169,440 – US$ 232,980. Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
