Responsibilities
- General medical and surgical care of breeding colony and research animals
- Provision of research support
- Training of investigators, laboratory animal medicine residents, veterinary students and technicians
Requirements
- Current North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) score
- Completion of an AVMA-accredited Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine program
- Experience with nonhuman primate medicine and surgery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- AVMA accreditation
