Faculty Support Coordinator
The Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan seeks a Faculty Support Coordinator to provide administrative and technological support to faculty.
About the Role
This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with a requirement of at least three days per week on-site. The role may occasionally require work outside standard business hours.
Responsibilities
Teaching/Administrative Support: Manage support for faculty through administrative tasks related to teaching, preparing class materials, presentations, exams, and other materials, and staying current with accessibility standards.
Events/Recruiting: Collaborate with area administrators and faculty to plan events, arrange travel accommodations, and process expense reports. Manage administrative tasks related to PhD recruiting.
Other Responsibilities: Proofread manuscripts, format citations and footnotes, and complete special projects as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma and 2 years of prior administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2 years of experience working in a customer service role.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft and Google products.
Qualifications

The salary offer range for this position is $45,600 to $53,600. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations.
