Faculty Position – Department of Radiology

Job Summary

The Department of Radiology at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Faculty Member (Assistant or Associate) with research interest in the application of radiopharmaceuticals to interrogate biology or improve clinical outcomes of disease. Preference will be given to individuals with research programs focused on interactions of the immune system and neuroscience.

Requirements

• MD, MD/PhD, or PhD degree
• Postdoctoral experience
• Documented evidence of high-quality, impactful peer-reviewed publications
• A strong commitment to mentoring
• An interest in pursuing transformative collaborative research

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of research projects
• Mentor junior faculty and students
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration within the department and across the hospital
• Advocate for the importance of translational research in pediatric oncology

Qualifications

• Research program focused on interactions of the immune system and neuroscience
• Ability to secure external funding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
