Faculty Instructors for Nursing College - Tampa

We are currently seeking Registered Nurse Instructors who share our passion for teaching and guiding students towards success.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical instruction at long-term care, sub-acute, and acute care facilities.
- Create a supportive and academically stimulating environment for students.
- Prepare and submit student progress reports and grade reports.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
- Evaluate student performance based on program goals and objectives.
- Implement assessment tools to evaluate student learning and clinical competencies.
- Attend faculty meetings and participate in professional development activities.
- Maintain professional credentials as a Registered Nurse Instructor through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Current valid state RN license.
- A minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience supervising students in clinical settings.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the area of nursing specialization.
Qualifications
