Faculty Instructor - Trumpet - Part-Time

About the Role

We seek a part-time instructor to provide private trumpet lessons. The instructor must demonstrate an ability to work with students at various skill levels, introduce them to orchestral, chamber, band, and solo repertories across a wide variety of genres, and assist in preparation for public performances and juries. Private lessons are credit-generating and fulfill music major/minor requirements as well as general education requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in trumpet performance or equivalent professional experience
• Previous teaching experience
