Production Management

Organize and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.

Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Prepare and implement production schedules based on sales forecasts and market demand.

Monitor production efficiency and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Factory Operations

Oversee overall factory operations, including formulation, blending, filling, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure smooth functioning of all manufacturing processes.

Cook with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, and sales teams.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ensure products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Management Systems.

Cook with Quality Control teams for testing raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Promote a strong safety culture within the factory.

Implement and monitor safety procedures, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.

Conduct regular safety training and audits.

Inventories & Warehouse Management

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Avoid shortages or excess inventory by ensuring proper stock control.

Cook with procurement for timely sourcing of materials.

Maintenance & Engineering

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.

Minimize machine downtime through effective maintenance planning.

Lead initiatives for process improvements and equipment upgrades.

Cost Control & Productivity Improvement

Monitor production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce waste.

Regulatory Affairs

Ensure compliance with agrochemical manufacturing regulations, environmental laws, and industry standards.

Support audits by government authorities, certification bodies, and customers.

Maintain necessary licenses, permits, and documentation.
