Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift
• Follow written instructions
• Operation of general hand tools
• Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories
• Ensure all spas have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality
• Assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell
• Pull and load show spas and POS material
• Assist service and delivery team when needed
• Assist Sales team when needed
• Perform spa repair both major and minor
• Rework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks
• Ensure repairs are held to the current standards
• General housekeeping
• Data entry
• Work well with other team members
• All other duties assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information
• Ability to read service manuals
• Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to push or pull 50–115 lbs without complications
• Pass a forklift operations program

Bonus Skills

• Experience in pools and spa repairs
• Experience in electrical
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in hot temperatures
