About the Role
Peter Pan BMW, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking an experienced, Factory Certified Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Pay is production-based, starting at a flat rate of $52.75 per hour, with expected annual earnings of $96k–144k based on productivity and qualifications.

Requirements
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- 3+ years of dealership experience
- Current or previous OEM factory certification (required)
- Previous experience as a BMW Technician (highly preferred); factory-certified technicians from other automotive manufacturers are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Deliver a world-class service experience by completing repairs accurately and efficiently
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain BMW vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership specifications
- Produce high-quality work that meets flat-rate standards
- Clearly and effectively communicate technical findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
- Complete repairs within manufacturer time standards while maintaining accurate repair orders and documentation
- Understand and comply with all federal, state, local, OSHA, and dealership safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment and hazardous material handling
