Factory Certified Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift
• Follow written instructions
• Operation of general hand tools
• Clean interior and exterior of spas and install aftermarket accessories
• All spas must have the proper paperwork filled out to ensure quality
• Absorb and assist sales team with pulling local spas to sell
• Pull and load show spas and POS material
• Absorb and assist service and delivery team when needed
• Absorb and assist Sales team when needed
• Spa repair both major and minor
• Rework the spas, fix any problems such as changing out parts, motors, heaters, lights, etc. and fixing leaks.
• Making sure the repairs are held to the current standards
• General housekeeping
• Data entry
• Work well with other team members
• All other duties assigned

Requirements

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common customer information
• Ability to read service manuals
• Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and customers
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to Push or pull 50-115lbs without complications
• Pass a forklift operations program

Bonus Skills

• We Prefer Experience in Pools and Spa repairs
• Experience in Electrical Mechanically inclined
• Valid drivers with a clean driving record
• Able to work in hot temperatures
