Facility Technician - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders, including routine and emergency maintenance, for assigned buildings
• Manage the electronic work order system
• Perform hands-on repairs at assigned locations, including light carpentry and general repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of all assigned buildings, ensuring adherence to maintenance policies and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participate in special building projects as directed by the supervisor
• Be part of a 10-week on-call rotation for nights and weekends (once every 10 weeks) to address emergencies as needed

Qualifications

• Requires a High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years working in general maintenance
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license
• General contractor’s license/trade experience strongly preferred

Pay

$65,000 USD - $85,000 USD annually
