Facility Maintenance Technician

We are currently looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician on 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Salary range would be $40,000 - $60,000 based on experience, to join our VALUES based organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Working with outside vendors on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems and issues
• Troubleshoot and repair production support equipment and facility issues
• Inspect facility equipment and identify safety hazards or maintenance needs
• Maintain lighting, doors, flooring, walls, and general building upkeep
• Assist with installation and relocation of machinery and equipment
• Operate maintenance tools, forklifts, lifts, and other equipment safely
• Keep maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records up to date
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety policies, and company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Install, add, modify machine lines and machine systems / subsystems as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certification or vocational training preferred
• 2+ years of facility or building maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
• Valid driver’s license may be required
