About the role
This position involves performing various maintenance tasks to keep facilities operational and in good condition.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on commercial buildings and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Inspect and test electrical systems
- Handle minor plumbing repairs
- Operate and maintain various tools and machinery
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience in facility maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Qualifications
