Facility Technician 3 - HVAC Tech

About the role

The Facility Technician 3 - HVAC Tech is responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within the facility. This position reports to a Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC equipment
• Respond to emergency calls related to HVAC issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Skills

• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
