Facility Team Lead

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the rapid unloading of trucks upon delivery to avoid fees, by receiving personnel
• Oversee the inventory and sorting of pallets
• Oversee the daily collection of cardboard for baling
• Oversee hourly trash collection of the scan team and daily collection of the rest of the warehouse, including offices
• Ensure that the dumpster lid can close, and no garbage is placed on or around the dumpster
• Perform pallet jack and propane inventory daily
• Perform weekly audit of general warehouse cleanliness
• Perform daily audit of general parking lot cleanliness
• Cookordinate and communicate effectively with the supervisory team
• Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site
• Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and GM
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
• Must be forklift certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurability
