Facility Sustainment Analyst

About the role

Provides enterprise analytics supporting facility sustainment, fire protection, and knowledge management for Army headquarters professionals operating in a strategic staff environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze GFEBS, ISR-I, BUILDER, and related facilities data.
• Manage Fire Alarm Monitoring Program analytics.
• Create executive reports and performance metrics.
• Recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Former DPW, Facilities Engineer, ORSA, or DA Civilian preferred.
• Power BI and Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed).
• U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain CAC.
• Occasional CONUS travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and executive-level briefing ability.
• Thorough understanding of Army processes.
