Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Facility Technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for maintaining gym facilities in prime condition through preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment repairs
• Annual maintenance
• Painting as necessary
• General wear and tear maintenance
• Drywall repair
• General plumbing
• Performing routine machine maintenance
• Identify and correct mechanical defects before machines fail
• Receive and fulfill work orders promptly and efficiently
• Working with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs

Requirements

• Drug test
• References from previous employers (1-2 preferred)
• Clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in maintenance for at least one year
• Driver's License (Required)
