Facility Sustainment Analyst
About the Role
Aldevra is seeking a qualified Facility Sustainment Analyst to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. Responsibilities
- Provide integrated program analysis, knowledge management, data analytics, and facility sustainment support to the USARC G 3/5/7 Engineers.
- Manage the Army Reserve Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program, including responding to inquiries and escalating unresolved issues to the USARC POC.
- Track and coordinate the connection of buildings not yet monitored under the Centralized Fire Alarm Monitoring Program.
- Request and track the status of Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) line installations through the G-6 work order system.
- Verify and update E911 addresses for locations added to the monitoring contract.
- Update the Army Reserve Listing of contact personnel for fire notification quarterly.
- Provide and republish Fire Monitoring Notification Letters to enrolled sites annually.
- Attend weekly teleconferences with the Fire Monitoring Company, USARC, and RD DPW Personnel, and update meeting minutes.
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from Army Reserve facilities systems (e.g., RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, PRIDE, and fire protection program data sources).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards visualizing facility readiness, fire alarm monitoring status, project execution, funding trends, real property utilization, and long-range planning metrics.
- Automate recurring reports using Power BI, conduct trend analysis, validate data accuracy, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the development of MILCON, FSRM, and facility sustainment program submissions using integrated analytics.
- Track project statuses, funding actions, facility readiness indicators, and fire alarm monitoring progress; prepare documentation for planning boards and command updates.
- Provide analytical support for stationing actions, real property adjustments, and force structure changes; attend Organization Inspection Program events.
- Identify inefficiencies in information flow and data management; develop automated workflows and data pipelines supporting Power BI dashboards.
- Recommend and implement improvements aligned with Army Knowledge Management doctrine; create standardized templates and workflows.
- Prepare agendas, read-ahead materials, and minutes for facilities and fire protection program working groups.
- Provide Power BI visualizations during briefings and maintain a battle rhythm calendar for facilities and fire protection program events.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including USARC staff, IMCOM, USACE, OCAR, ARIMD, RD DPWs, and the Fire Monitoring Company.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain CAC clearance and pass an extensive background check.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in program analysis, facility sustainment, data analytics, project tracking, or related Army/DoD facilities support.
- Associates degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple information systems.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including dashboards, data models, visualizations, and automated reporting.
- Experience with Army facility or financial systems such as RPLANS, ISR-I, GFEBS, BUILDER, and PRIDE preferred.
- Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, online calendars, cloud systems, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented work ethic; ability to multi-task efficiently and accurately.
Mental and Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work involving computer use, meetings, and collaboration.
- Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work, including keyboard, mouse, and telephone use.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and movement within office or facility environments.
- Occasional lifting or carrying of light office materials (up to 20 pounds).
- Ability to attend meetings and briefings throughout the assigned work location.
- May require extended periods of sitting or standing associated with office work, meetings, briefings, and travel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, taskers, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to interpret policies, procedures, technical information, and program requirements.
- Clear and professional communication with Government leadership, functional staff, and contractor personnel.
- Ability to prepare reports, briefings, meeting minutes, dashboards, and recommendations.
