Facility Support – Janitorial / Custodial

About the role

As a Facility Support Janitor/Custodian, employee should reflect a general to advanced knowledge of Housekeeping and Janitorial services. Service will be performed in an office environment, common walk areas, lobbies, and restrooms.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop and vacuum all flooring throughout facilities
• Spot clean spills and stains as necessary
• Associated cleaning methods for maintaining restrooms
• Replace all consumable items; hand soaps/toilette paper/ paper towels / hand sanitizer
• Empty Trash and collect recyclable materials throughout facility
• Dust common area horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Responsible for ordering and storage of all associated cleaning supplies
• Clean windows and window sills
• Lift up to 35lbs.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to pass a government background investigation
