Janitorial/Facilities Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial / Facilities Support Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing high-quality work, notices when areas need attention and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and maintain hallway floors
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass, and reflective surfaces
• Dust surfaces, equipment, rails, ledges, and common areas
• Maintain breakroom and common spaces
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies
• Identify and address cleanliness issues proactively
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Perform periodic inspections of assigned areas throughout the shift

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience
• Experience working independently
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, commercial, or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, wet/dry vacuums, and similar cleaning equipment
