Facility Supervisor with Pharmacy Technician background needed

Responsibilities

• Fulfills daily incoming receiving tasks and ensures timely receipt of goods.
• Maintains a daily receiving and inventory log.
• Prepares packing slips and other shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
• Reports discrepancies to the supervisor and follows up on shipping schedules.
• Verifies shipments are shipped on time and ensures timely delivery at the most economical cost.
• Coordinates with shipping carriers, internal and external customers.
• Packages and labels shipments accurately and ensures proper stock of packing supplies.

Skills

• Basic mathematical skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Familiarity with computers for tracking goods.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Prior work experience using FedEx and UPS software tools.
• Excel Pivot Table and basic Excel skills preferred.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory or managerial experience in pharmaceutical distribution, wholesale distribution, or pharmacy operations, with at least one year within the last three years for California's DR requirements.
• Florida CDR and California Designated Representative licensure, or willingness to obtain these certifications promptly upon hire.
• Physical presence at the facility full-time as required by applicable state law.
